Recently I have had several inquiries about making Memory Quilts for pets. Shown here is MQBM’s very first Memorial quilt in honor of a sweet dog named Snowball.
This whole experience was proof that pets are truly part of our family. I sure hope it brings comfort and sweet memories for Snowball’s humans.
   This quilt contains a lot of custom sewing and custom design work. It
took a very long time to make due to the size of the squares. It is a traditional style quilt with block sashing and used about 50 garments. It was backed with a super soft flannel, perfect for wrapping yourself in. Below is a picture from the beginning:    Dog and cat pillows can be made too!
